Funktion und Aufgaben:

I am a Doctoral Researcher in Section 4.6 "Geomorphology" at GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences, working under the supervision of Dr. Niels Hovius. My research focuses on seismic precursors linked to internal processes in landslides, with the goal of improving our understanding of subsurface dynamics that drive slope instability.

I am also an Early Stage Researcher within the EnvSeis Doctoral Network, a European-funded training network focused on environmental seismology. My work bridges seismology and geomorphology and involves the analysis of continuous seismic records to detect and interpret signals associated with landslide initiation and evolution.

I actively collaborate with:

Swiss Federal Institute for Forest, Snow and Landscape Research (WSL)

University of Göttingen

Geo-Inventure GmbH
