Funktion und Aufgaben:
My name is Parvathy Santhini, and I began my PhD in March 2025 at the GFZ Helmholtz Centre for Geosciences, working under the supervision of Prof. Yuri Shprits in Section 1.5 -Space Physics and Space Weather. My research focuses on the numerical modeling of the radiation belts, specifically investigating the acceleration of electrons in Earth's radiation belts. This work is part of the MIPT project, which seeks to advance our understanding of space weather and its effects on satellite systems. You can reach me at parvathy@gfz.de.Karriere:
